Test Technology Analysis of the Composite Materials Used in Airplane Design
Original language description
A production technology of the composite specimens has been involved in the research. Three different technologies have been tested: Laser Cutting, Abrasive Waterjet Cutting and Diamond Cutting. The Laser technology has been found as not appropriate forcomposite materials cutting, meanwhile the Abrasive Waterjet Cutting and Diamond Cutting technology provide satisfactory results. The methodology of the composite materials strain-gauge measurement has been investigated. The research has been specially focused on the temperature and humidity influence on the strain-gauge respond.
