Original language description
The mechanical properties measurement of gearboxes needs to run measured object in various modes according methodology of measurement. Main parameters are rotating speed and load torque. Developed device has mirroring construction. Each side consists offrequency converter Siemens Simovert (max load 7,5 kW), asynchronous motor and gearbox. One side is used as drive, the second as load. The DC buses of both converters are connected to each other and wit common break unit with break resistor. This construction decreases consumption of electrical energy and use breaking unit with less rated power resistor. Software provides programming of rotating speed and load torque simultaneously.
