    Numerical Solution of 2D and 3D Transonic Flows over an Airfoil and a Wing

  • Original language description

    This work presents results of numerical solution of transonic flows over 2D airfoils and 3D wings. Two different numerical methods were developed. The second method was used to solve 2D transonic turbulent flows with k-omega turbulent model over RAE 2822airfoil and also 3D transonic inviscid flows over a wing or wing-body combination. Numerical results were compared with experimental results of ARTI Prague.
