Original language description
The contribution "Methods of measurement of numerically controlled machine tools" deals with comparison of the basic methods of geometrical accuracy measurement of milling machine tools with three controlled axes, which are conventionally used by supplier and manufacturer of CNC machines. In the contribution, a new method of measurement of working accuracy is described. The presented method is based on real production of a test (prototypal) workpiece under finishing conditions of manufacturing on the tested machine tool. Working accuracy of the machine tool is reflected directly on the elements of manufactured workpiece. The test workpiece is measured on a coordinate measuring machine tool by the touch probe and collected data are automatically evaluated. The results of this kind of measurement are affected by real production conditions, such as effect of cutting tool, working temperature, NC part program, etc.
