    This article is intended to test influence of various optimisation criteria on the magnitude and direction of the hip joint reaction force. Two models of the muscle musculature were used: model with nine and model with twenty-seven muscles. It was shownthat hip joint reaction force does not depend on the type of the optimisation criterion but it is highly influenced by the choice of the muscle model.
