Unsteady, Subsonic Inviscid and Viscous Flows in a Channel
Result description
This paper deals with numerical solution of the system of Euler and Navier-Stokes equations in a 2D channel with a time changing wall. We consider unsteady subsonic inviscid or laminar viscous flows with unsteady boundary conditions. The numerical solution uses FV cell-centered method with MacCormack scheme and Jameson artificial viscosity on a quadrilaterall grid. An unsteady domain and unsteady grid is presented using ALE method (Arbitrary Lagrangian-Eulerian method). In the end some numerical examples of considered unsteady flows are presented.

Práce se zabývá numerickým řešením systému Eulerových rovnic a Navierových-Stokesových rovnic ve 2D kanále s časově pohyblivou stěnou. Numerické řešení je provedeno metodou konečných objemů cell-centered pomocí MacCormackova schématu s Jamesonovou umělouvazkostí na čtyřúhelníkové síti. Nestacionární oblast je prezentována použitím ALE metody (Arbitrary Lagrangian-Eulerian method). V závěru jsou uvedeny některé numerické příklady.
