This paper describes some results obtained by solving the long-term project "Using the PIV method for blood flow investigation". The aim of this project was to create tools which enable research of steady and unsteady flow in models of parts of cardiovascular system (CVS), like bypass, bifurcation, aneurysm, stenosis, etc.
