In this paper is presented technical solution that offers both radiation heating of an industrial hall and economical supply of fresh air to the working area. It uses large energy potential, convective heat flow from gas infrared heater, which is currently idle. Based on CFD simulation in Fluent software, two ventilation systems with heat recovery units are recommended and their pros and cons are assessed
