Paper presents an introduction to simple rheological model of blood clot. Numerical method for the solution of model PDE's is based on explicit finite-volume method on structured grid. Results of numerical simulations are presented for the case of fixedformed blood clot in straight vessel.

Článek prezentuje jednoduchý matematický model pro popis rheologických vlastností krevní sraženiny. Numerická metoda pro řešení výsledného systému parciálních diferenciálních rovnic je založena na explicitním schématu pro metodu konečných objemů na strukturované síti. Výsledky numerických simulací ukazují případ proudění krve v okolí krevní sraženiny v přímé cévě.
