Original language description
Paper deals with the description of machine tool compex model creation. Complex model is composed of the description of machine frame dynamic properties based on FEM model, modal decomposition and transformation into the State-Space, description of ballscrew feed drive mechanical properties and impementation into the model of servoregulation. Importance of complex modelling is proved on the example of a real machine X axis feed drive dynamic properties optimization. Complex model of the machine is verified by means of velocity loop frequency transfer function, whereby high level of correspondence between the simulation model and real machine feed drive regulation dynamic properties is shown. Relative damping of selected important eigenmodes is set according to typical values found on similar machine tool frames and analogous eigenmodes.
