  • Original language description

    The paper focuses on a numerical study of the wake under isothermal and non-isothermal conditions. A bluff-body is circular cylinder, and the working fluid is air. Commercial solver Fluent is used for investigation of the laminar wake flow including an influence of a cylinder surface temperature on the laminar vortex shedding. The numerical results of isothermal and non-isothermal simulations agree very well with experimental data except the situation near the critical stage between the steady and vortex shedding regime.
