To evaluate the practical potential of this option, experiments were carried out to quantify the velocity and temperature fields. These were measured through the outlet streams of the cold air (Ar = 1,8) exiting the textile terminal, placed above the ceiling. Consequently, the above-floor temperature, velocity and the intensity of turbulence were assessed to evaluate the draft rating, (DR). From experimental results, with DR < 15 %, is concluded that the suggested air distribution concept is practical.

K vyhodnocení praktické aplikace sledovaného způsobu přívodu vzduchu byly změřeny rychlostní a teplotní pole chladného proudu (Ar = 1,8) z textilní vyústky, umístěné pod stropem. Zhodnoceno je nebezpečí průvanu (DR - draft risk) v proudu nad podlahou. Naměřené hodnoty DR < 15 % ukazují na použitelnost zkoumaného způsobu distribuce klimatizovaného vzduchu.
