A new evaporative cooling circuit working with fluorinert refrigerant R218 was designed. The circuit is intended to special particle detector called TOTEM experiment. This study verified feasibility of the cooling system design. An experimental test on the prototype of this cooling circuit was performed at the CERN laboratory.
