    Aqueous solutions of cellulose and starch ethers are widely used in various technological processes. In this work, the effect of mechanical treatment on the structural and rheological properties of aqueous solutions of sodium carboxymethylcellulose (Na-CMC) methyloxypropylcellulose (MOPC) hydroxypropylcellulose (HOPC), methylcellulose (MC), hydroxyethylcellulose (HEC) and starch acetate is considered.
