Effect of Composite Ceramic Paste Velocity Profile on Extrudate Microstructure
Original language description
The velocity field during the paste flow influences the anisotropic particle orientation. The finding indicates that mechanical strength of composite ceramic bodies is affected by the technology employed in the extrusion process. The mathematical model of the flow allows to control the forming conditions and achieve certain particle orientation.
Czech name
Vliv rychlostního profilu kompozitní keramické pasty na mikrostrukturu extrudátu
Czech description
Rychlostní profil ovlivňuje anizotropní orientaci částic a tím pevnost výrobku. Matematický model proudění umožňuje řízení procesu a tím získání požadované orientace částic.
