Original language description
New theoretic methods and analysis models requires experimental verification. There is a detailed research of behavior of belt conveyors in laboratory of CTU. The research is running in parallel in two branches. First branch is focused on actuating part.It contain propel motor, gear-box, drums, rollers, tension element, wipers, side guide, resistance of transported material and all components that counteract during transportation. Second branch is dealing with supporting structure. Optimalization of structure coming out from wide finite method element computations and the results are verified by analytic way and mostly experimentally by strain gauge.

Nové teoretické metody a výpočtové modely vyžadují experimentální verifikaci. V laboratořích ČVUT probíhá detailní výzkum vlastností pasových dopravníků. Tento výzkum probíhá paralelně ve dvou směrech. První směr je zaměřen na část pohonnou, druhý směr se zabývá nosnou konstrukcí. Optimalizace konstrukce vychází především z FEM výpočtů a výsledky jsou verifikovány analytickou cestou experimentem pomocí tenzometrických měření.
