The optimisation of cutting process can be applied only in case of primal analysis of technical and economic factors, which manufacturing process is affected at the most. Furthermore is necessary to associate these factors together and then we can find optimal (minimal) value of the manufacturing costs. At present, a main problem of the optimisation of manufacturing costs is requirement for high rate integration of the technical and economic factors and an application controlling methods in a process production. Target costing is oriented especially on managing of production cost in advance preparation and production phases and tries to reach lowest product cost beside preservation of required user properties. Target costing can be described as an activity its goal is examine all thoughts to reduction cost in development and research phases. A main sense of the optimisation manufacturing process and right decisions of capital expenditures are increasing with a development of production

Czech description

Článek ukazuje dva rozdílné přístupy k implementaci CNC systémů v případech, kdy testy nebo řízení stroje vyžadují nestandardní algoritmus. Jsou diskutovány různé možnosti počínaje zapouzdřením systému nebo jeho části až po injektáž algoritmu do základních systémových vrstev. Přitom je poukázáno jak na nezbytnost hluboké znalosti CNC systému, tak na význam podpory ze strany výrobce systému.
