    Integrated High Performance Composite Joints in Composite Materials

    The paper presents an experimental and computational investigation of composite Integrated High Performance Joints. An original technology was developed in the CompoTech PLUS Ltd. company and CTU in Prague. Multi loops joint with many parallel loops wereintegrated into a composte tube and used, for example in pressure cylinders. Both static tensile tests and high cycle fatigue tests of loop connection were performed. An engineering failure criteria for static and fatigue loading was also determined.

    Článek popisuje experimentální a počítačové simulace kompozitových spojů. Je použita technologie navíjení vyvinutá ve firmě Compotech Plus Sušice a ČVUT v Praze. Smyčkové spoje jsou integrovány do kompozitových trub vyráběných např. pro tlakové nádoby. Byly zkoumány případy statického i únavového zatěžování a porušování.
