    Experimental Investigation of the Flow Through Small Diameter Tube

  • Original language description

    A special testing capillary tube with pressure and temperature sensors installed along its length was designed and manufactured. The capillary tube was used for investigation of the different flows inside small diameter channel. One-phase flows were measured at the CTU laboratory: gas flow was tested with air and nitrogen, liquid flow with water and saturated fluorocarbons. The capillary tube was also connected to cooling circuit working with R218 at the CERN laboratory. The two-phase flow of throttledrefrigerant was experimentally investigated.

    Byla navržena a vyrobena zkušební kapilára s tlakovými a teplotními sensory podél své délky. Tato kapilára posloužila k měření proudění v trubce malého průřezu. Jednofázové proudění bylo proměřeno v laboratoři ústavu fyziky fakuly strojní na dusíku, vzduchu, vodě a fluorinertech. Kapilára byla rovněž pripojena k chladícímu okruhu v CERNu, kde s její pomocí byl zkoumán character dvoufázového proudění škrceného chladiva R218.
