The contribution deals with the design and assemblage of the apparatus for measuring and regulation of the laboratory reactor process parameters. Within the scope of the biogas production research and development, it was necessary to assemble and manufacture the laboratory reactor for biogas production. The fermentation process is extremely sensitive to process parameters oscillation. Therefore, it was necessary to perform analysis and optimization of the process parameters, which are essential for theprocess control and regulation. The automation of the data acquisition and regulation of the equipment without greater maintaining were one of the fundamental requests at measure apparatus development. The complete regulation and measurement process areincluded into the one program developed in the Labview. The program allows to adjust measurement and to regulate the process parameters.
