Numerical Simulation of Non - Newtonian Power - Law Flow through Bypass

Result description

Article describes a model of generalized Newtonian flow. It is based on the the system of momentum and mass conservation together with variable viscosity. Variable viscosity is modeled by a power-law model. Numerical solution is sought by finite volume method for space discretization and artificial compressibility method together with three-stage Runge-Kutta method for time discretization. Some numerical results in 2D and 3D are presented.
