Current possibilities in construction and technology of detectors of ionizing particles and special RTG sources allow RTG imaging with resolution below 1 micrometer i.e. RTG microscopy. Direct detection of ionizing radiation for shading imaging is generated by cell structure of surface semiconductor detector with raster 256x256 pixels with dimension of cell 10 micrometer (MEDIPIX 2) or CCD sci pix system (CCD sensor with 5 micrometer scintillator CCD with cell dimension 1 micrometer).The resolution of imaging system is in range of 3 to 1 micrometer. Implementation of our unique software provides better resolution.
