Original language description

The paper proposes two data mining methods used for modeling and monitor- ring of the selected ecosystems. The first method consists in the following stages: "Formation of monitoring states - the design of a state model - the formation of monitoring superclasses - the design of a rule-based system on the set of monitoring superclasses - the design of an algorithm for the detection of unexpected situations." The second method has these stages: "the construction of the qualitative matrix of state dependencies - the construction of the matroid on the set of states - the extraction of the matroid bases - special operations with matroid bases." The methodology is developed with data support of a real ecosystem in the East Bohemia. Metody kvalitativního modelování a vytěžování znalostí z databází v monitorování vybraného ekosystému

V článku jsou předloženy dvě metody vytěžování znalostí z databází. První metoda je metoda stavového popisu a má následující fáze:" Zavedení monitorovacích stavů - návrh stavového modelu - sestrojení monitorovacích super-tříd - konstrukce pravidlového systému na množině monitorovacích super.tříd - návrh algoritmu pro detekci enočekávaných situací". Druhá metoda má následující fáze" Sestrojení kvalitativní matice stavových závislostí" - konstrukce matroidu na množině stavů - nalezení bází matroidu - speciální operace s bázemi matroidu. Metodologie byla vyvinuta s datovou podporou získanou na reálném ekosystému v Jižních Čechách.
