    This work investigates the microstructure of Ti-alloys, which will be used for the manufacture of implants into the human organism. Heat treatment and surface modification of physical properties largely influence the adhesion of TiN or TiC coatings. Coating is then displayed on the surface quality of the implants, which affect their lifetime.
