The paper attends to the adaptation of the dynamic time delayed quadratic neural unit model (TmD-QNU) and its utilization during evaluation of biological signals, concretely of signals obtained from ECG. In the paper the adaptation learning process willbe derived, the comparison of its properties with conventional neural networks will be discussed and the application of the independent component analysis for the adaptation process evaluation will be used.
