Experimental setup for the humidity sensors calibration
Original language description
The calibration setup was prepared for the various humidity and dew point sensors calibration in the air, nitrogen and carbon dioxide environment. The humidity is adjusted by the climate chamber Vötsch VC 2020 (air measurements) and by the set of bubblers (nitrogen and CO2). The highly precise dew-point meter Dew-Master is used as a reference for the calibration fits calculations. The flow of the gas through the reference sensor is maintained by the additional air circulating system. The gas flow ensures that the humidity doesn't condensate in the on the sensor sensitive element. The signals from sensors that are being calibrated and from the sensors that are monitoring the temperature sensors are communicated over the ELMB IO module into the computerwhere they are processed by the DAQ system prepared in the PVSS SCADA software. The whole setup is highly mobile (except the climate chamber) and can be used for the calibration of up to 5 sensors in one batch.
