Probabilistic approach to NO and CO emission modeling
Original language description
Recent political and social situation in the Czech Republic results in rising requirements on modern technologies, which may lead to radical combustion emission restrictions. The financial resources, which must be invested into the above mentioned technology modernization, are limited by most of the operators and therefore there is a demand for low-cost techniques and technologies, which may help to modify the process for emission optimization. One possible technique for NOx emission reduction is so called primary measure, which can be optimized by advanced combustion control based on new modeling approaches, utilizing theory of probability. New control algorithms are implemented and proofed on G230 coal-combustion boiler in Mělník I commissioned in 1960.
