Modeling and Interpretation of new solutions in problem solving
Original language description
The paper discusses relations between so called Interpretation Space (IS), Sign Model (SM) and their Connection. The principal importance has the process of the Interpretation that assigns to signs and sign formation (from SM) the semantic contents (in IS). The fact that the interpretation mapping from lower to higher level of IS is non constructible induces the situation of "bottom-up Emergence" and it appears in most discoveries of new solutions. The paper proposes new method how to avoid this principal obstacle that appears in many engineering problems.
