Effects of post-anodizing treatments on corrosion resistence of AZ91 alloy
Original language description
The research samples were prepared Magnesium alloy AZ 91 with a view to determining the importance of individual operations, technology, anodic oxidation on the corrosion resistance in salt spray samples. Samples were prepared uncoated and coatedanodic oxidation with various subsequent amendments. All samples were subjected to corrosion tests in salt fog. After completion of the test was measured by weight loss of samples and microscopically evaluated the incidence of pitting corrosion. Anodizingimprovesthe corrosion resistance of AZ91 alloy, the process of sealing in hot water resistance continues to increase.
