A model for simulation of mechanical losses is based on the solid body (zero flexibility) dynamic model of a planar, eccentric cranktrain with friction effects at all friction couples that are realized without clearances. Friction losses are calculated base on calibrated Stribeck curves. Model was calibrated base on last experimental measurement focused on oil temperature dependency.
