Analysis of vertical vibrafon of mechanical system
Original language description
This paper discusses about vertical vibrations of the mechanical symmetric and asymmetric systems with different kinematics excitation. The aim of the article is to determine the effect of the system asymmetry to vehicle vibration. The effects of asymmetric geometry, manufactured asymmetry, asymmetric excitation and loading were investigated. The system of rigid and elastic bonded bodies with various boundary conditions was assumed. The system model (vehicle) is presented by rigid plate supported on four springs. Loading of the rigid bodies to baseplate simulates the system asymmetry. The jump combination of the springs simulates the kinematics excitation asymmetry. Solution of motion equations was performed using analytical and numerical methods before. The displacement courses in the supported points of the baseplate were obtained and analysed. The experimental data were compared with predicted courses from analytical and numerical models.
