    To machine titanium, the low cutting speeds are required, which suits to HSS tools. Matal removal rate can be extraordinary increased using the high limit of stability, which is the consequence of the process damping. Except of these facts, the paper describes exceptionaly long durability of the PM-HSS tools and low costs when using these conditions.
