    Numerical Approximation of Generalized Newtonian and Oldroyd-B Fluids Flow

  • Original language description

    In this paper the numerical solution of the viscous and viscoelastic fluids flow is presented. The mathematical model is the system of balance laws of mass and momentum for incompressible fluids with different definition for the stress tensor. The numerical scheme is the explicit multistage Runge-Kutta method. The generalized Newtonian and generalized Oldroyd-B fluids models are considered.
