  • Original language description

    The article deals with comparison of equations commonly used for Nusselt number evaluation. This work is focused on special case of fluid cross flow over single tube. The deviation of results from specified criteria equations are presented for selected range of Reynolds number. The Sieder-Tate correction for thermal boundary layer was taking into account and its effect on the Nusselt number values was also evaluated.
