By means of FEA, this work aims to streamline and accelerate the development of knee endoprosthesis. There is a new quasi-static computational finite element analysis of a hinge-type knee replacement presented in the paper. It studies the behavior of theendoprosthesis under quasi static load and solves a question of the overall strength of the implant and points-out potential sources of implant damages.
