In the paper is presented a concept of 6DOF active dynamic absorber based on Stewart`s platform design, which can be used to vibration damping in multiple directions. The simulation results of its application on a simple flexible truss structure prove this ability. For control synthesis is used a method of simultaneous optimization of low order H infinity controller and structural parameters, benefits of which are shown.
