Model and Control of Differential Electronic Cam
Original language description
The paper deals with the model and control of the differential electronic cam. The dynamic properties including the flexibilities of important bodies have been modelled. The system is controlled by two electrical drives, one of them is controlled in standard way in order to satisfy its constant angular velocity. The total output motion is composed from the motion realised using the cam profile and the accurate motion control is achieved by the second motor. The synthesis of control law for this second motor is the second main topic of the paper. The influence of flexibilities and the applied sensors are also discused.
