*The problem discovered by the client was an early intensive degradation of a production line conveyor belt used in foam glass manufacturing. Glass waste sorted by size is the primary resource in glass foam production. Production process of the foam glass designated as FOAMGLAS? takes place at temperature up to 800 °C and atmospheric pressure using reducing atmosphere with minimum oxygen content of 18.3 %. The foaming process takes place in a multi-zone continuous furnace at the belt with movement speedof 42 m/min.
