This book will cover technological advances in all stages of natural gas production: (i) exploration and extraction, (ii) storage and distribution, and (iii) usage and consumption. The technological innovations for natural gas exploration will include 3D seismic imaging, coiled tubing technology, CO2 sand fracturing, offshore drilling dynamic positioning technology, liquefied natural gas, and many others. In addition to that, reports on simulations, models, and algorithms for natural gas technology are welcomed. The recent advances in storage and distribution in the form of CNG and LNG will be encouraged. Also, the recent advances in usage in chemical industries, turbine systems, reciprocating engines, and burner systems will complement the earlier additions. Contributors to this book will include geologists, computer engineers, geophysicists, petroleum engineers, mechanical and chemical engineers.
