    Residual stresses, which are set in the fiber-reinforced composites during the laminate curing in a closed mould, lead to dimensional changes of composite after extraction from the mould and cooling down. One of these dimensional changes is called springback of the angle sections. The article describes comparison of the springback angle computed by the model with the representation of the geometry of weaving (for the plain and satin weave) and model with straight fibers with the values measured by the manufacturer after the manufacturing process. Also comparison of thermo-elastic characteristics computed by both models has been performed.
