Possibilities of vapor condensation during wet biomass combustion
Original language description
In this paper the energetic benefit of the integration of indirect biomass drying with using waste vapor heat to a hot-water heating plant system is presented. The newly proposed system is energetically compared with a condensing boiler and a standard application of a hot-water boiler without drying. Biomass drying makes possible to use kinds of biomass with a high water content, which are singly incombustible.
