Original language description
The report deals with the control and evaluation of the quality of castings of nickel alloy (mostly Inconel 738 LC, Inconel 939) when debugging the process parameters of the turbine blades (stator and rotor blades for gas turbines). The inspection was carried out on metallographic sections and were evaluated especially the amount of porosity (microporesity), microcracks, inclusions and eventually the creation of inter-granular attack (IGA), inter-carbide oxidation (ICO) and grain size for different parameters of casting production. In its evaluation was performed a total of 35 sub-reports during January to December 2013.
