Original language description
An aim of this research work was to achieve more detailed information about the planar ?-probe sensor especially long term stability and reliability. The work is a part of wider study devoted to the combustion process in pulverized coal boilers. An O2 analyser with an extraction line and the planar ?-probe was developed and manufactured for the measurement of O2 concentration at the end of the combustion chamber. The volumetric concentration of O2 in the combustion chamber is important information aboutthe quality and non-uniformity of the combustion alternatively burn out ratio. The even distribution of the combustion parameters could be a possible way how to satisfy an emission limit of the NOx. The measured parameters of the combustion process could be involved in the control system of the boiler.
