    Agitation Processes in Surface Treatment Technologies

    In this article are introduced methods for agitation of solution. Agitation is rudimentary for electroplating, cataphoresis and degreasing it helps to speed up the process, but if agitation is too rapid it can slow down process of electroplating. So it is important to set agitation correct. We especially aim at problems with using classical methods. Further there is described solution for agitation composite coatings and their benefits for electroplating. The article also contains the experimental partwith dependence between electrolyte agitation intensity and deposition rate of the nickel composite coating. Bath mixing is required for composite electroplating to avoid sedimentation of dispersed composite particles.
