Finishes the Process of Tumbling
Original language description
This article explains the principle of tumbling, as it determines gloss surface component and hydrogen charging problems during tumbling. Also, I find gloss uniformity and surface roughness in the processed samples of aluminum alloy. Samples are shaped in the tumbling device a circular vibrator marks the Rösler CER 125. Compound have been used brand Pragopol 809 and used non-abrasive ceramic tumbling bodies. To evaluate the gloss was used Glossmeter. With all the processed samples were achieved almost identical glosses, but the roughness of the individual samples very different.
