Original language description
This paper deals with a design of system for measuring a radiation pattern of the light source. The light source is placed in the holder, which can be rotated by stepper motor up to 360°. The sensor for measuring a radiation pattern is located at the end of a rotating arm, which is moved by the second stepper motor by more than 180°. The minimal step, that the source of the light can be rotated, is 0.9°. Controlling of stepper motors is realized by Arduino Mega 2560. Graphical user interface was created for the user in the Python language to support the whole process of measuring the radiation pattern. For precise calibration of rotation of the light source, the optical encoder system was used.
