Optimization of mechanical properties of active structure and choice and placement of sensors and actuators
Original language description
The aim is to optimize the design of the chosen concept of a multi-level hierarchical structure consisting of a cable driven parallel mechanism and a superimposed active structure. The goal of the optimization is the widening of frequency bandwidth of the end-effector feedback motion control. The optimization is focused on mass and stiffness parameters of the mechanism and choosing of suitable sensors and actuators and their placement on the mechanism. The analysis based on the Pareto set is used for finding the most suitable parameters.
