Original language description
The contribution deals with design and manufacturing of a new extrusion rheometer. The new equipment is designed for assessing the rheological parameters of dough and materials with similar structure. A simple geometry arrangement of rectangular die allows identifying the viscoelastic parameters of a sample. The designed extrusion rheometer was tested on collagen water solution.
