This optimization software was designed for detailed optimization of thermal cycles using supercritical CO2 as the working medium. CO2 in thermal cycles operates close to the critical point, due to the fact CO2 does not behave like an ideal gas. From this reason it is necessary to perform detailed optimization of the heat exchangers and other parts of the cycle.
