Original language description
The aim of our study is create to liposomes during microfluidics device and used to methods like AFM or nanoindentation allowed to test living cell of various phenotypes. Microfluidics is the science that deals with the flow of liquids inside channels of micrometer dimensions. This article provides a basic overview of used materials and technologies for producing a microfluidic device. It describes in more detail material PDMS and technology soft lithography, which are the commonly used for the production of microfluidic device.
